Proof of Income: We require tenants to have a monthly take-home income of at least three times the monthly rent. If you have a roommate, half of your income must be three times your portion of the rent. You will need to provide proof of income for the last three months.
ID: You must provide a valid government-issued ID to complete the leasing process.
Rental History: We require a rental history check to ensure you have been a responsible tenant.
Move-in Fee: A non-refundable move-in fee equal to a half month's rent is required before you can move in. Sublease Fee: A non-refundable $200 administrative fee is required once a sublease is approved and the lease addendum is signed.
Co-signer Application: If you are a student or unemployed, you may be required to have a co-signer.
Student Loan Documentation: If you plan to use student loans to pay rent, you must provide documentation.
