According to the National Association of Realtors, the number of projected homes sales rose to 5.48 million.
The national median home price for existing homes decreased to $247,000.
That's down 0.2% from last month and up 5.5% from this same time last year.
Finally, according to Freddie Mac, the national average for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage is up from last month to 3.90%.
