The Chicagoland Closed Sales for June 2018 was 8,422 that's 6.2% less than a year ago.
The Chicagoland Median Price Per Square Foot for June 2018 was $144 that's up 2.9% over the last year.
Last month the Chicagoland Average Sales Price was $311,904 in 2015 just 5 years ago it was $237,633. As you can see prices keep going up.
Here are just a few of the National Real Estate Numbers we're tracking for you right now.
According to the National Association of Realtors, the number for projected home sales dipped to 5.43 million.
The national median home price for existing homes increased to $264,800. That's up 2.7% from last month and up 4.9% from this same time last year. Finally, according to Freddie Mac, the national average for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage is down from last month to 4.57%.
